Individual counseling sessions are generally 45-55 minute sessions whether in-person or virtually. All software utilized for virtual sessions and note taking are HIPPA compliant which ensures the privacy of all clients.

Group sessions are 75-minutes. Participants are screened to ensure suitability and group cohesion. All members are advised of the rules and guidelines during the screening process to ensure the safety of all participants.

Individual: $175, Couples $200 and Group participants: $100/ea
